1. Statement of Family’s assets and liabilities Inclusive of: On-going advice and support in the preparation of the Statement of Family assets and liabilities Communications with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter	$600
2. Property Settlement Proposal Inclusive of: Preparation of property settlement court orders Review and assessment of party’s assets and contribution to household, Meetings with client on subject matter All necessary legal research Communication with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter On-going advice and support on the subject matter	$1,500-$3,500**
Children Arrangements (before initiating proceedings)**
Parenting Proposal Inclusive of: Preparation of parenting orders Meetings with client on subject matter Communication with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter On-going advice and support on the subject matter	$1,500 - $2,500**
