  • Communications with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter

2. Property Settlement Proposal

Inclusive of:
  • Preparation of property settlement court orders
  • Review and assessment of party’s assets and contribution to household,
  • Meetings with client on subject matter
  • All necessary legal research
  • Communication with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter
  • On-going advice and support on the subject matter
$1,500-$3,500**
Children Arrangements** (before initiating proceedings)  
Parenting Proposal

Inclusive of:
  • Preparation of parenting orders
  • Meetings with client on subject matter
  • Communication with other party’s legal representatives on the subject matter
  • On-going advice and support on the subject matter
 $1,500 - $2,500**


* Price inclusive of GST
** The price quoted relates to services on the subject-matter prior to the filing of the Initiating Application (e.g. before the matter is referred to the Court)
*** After the free initial consultation we will assess the complexity of your matter and will provide you with a quote for our service within this price bracket. This will be the “fixed-fee” for our service.
