What is the “fixed fee arrangement”?
The fixed fee arrangement is an initiative provided by Versace McKenzie Lawyers whereby we will, after the free initial consultation, provide you with a quote for our service. Unlike other law firms, we do not charge by the hours for our service prior to the matter being referred to the Court.
We understand that you will need certainty during this difficult time and we shall endeavour to give you that certainty.
The fixed fee arrangement covers divorce application, property settlement and parenting matters. That way you will be in control of the cost and there will be no surprises.
